On Nov.10, 2015, The fourth grade classes went to an assembly on being Cougar Cub strong. BYU athletes came and taught us. We did an experiment on taking drugs. We put a straw in our mouths, plugged our noses and ran in place.  We also did a push-up contest. They gave us T-shirts and bookmarks. They said that being Cougar Cub strong means that we are drug free.  The BYU athletes showed us a video of other athletes saying that they have seen people that do drugs and how it affects their lives. They said that when we do drugs it will stop us from being a good athlete and being healthy, and we can not work our hardest.  Do not go near people who do drugs, then you will not become addicted and want to try and start to do them. If somebody asks you to do drugs just say, No !!!
