Congratulations to the 3rd graders for graduating from the radKIDS program! Every week for an hour, 3rd grade has been working hard on learning safety skills and physical defense skills to keep themselves safe.

They've learned that 1. No one has the right to hurt me! 2. I don't have the right to hurt anyone else unless they are trying to keep me from safety, and then I can stop them! 3. If someone does hurt me, it's not my fault and I can tell!

During graduation, we had some deputies from the Sherriff's office who dressed up in protective suits, and the children got to practice their physical skills on them. They all did great!

Also  thank you to parent volunteers who helped during these few months, and a special thank you to Jenn Robinson and Kami Leonard who donated many hours to teach the program!
