Smooth, cold and creamy. It’s ice cream! You can make ice cream at home. Making ice cream is also a science experiment. All you need is half and half, sugar, and vanilla in a small bag. Once you shake it, it's a chemical change because you can’t just take the sugar out. It is dissolved! Next you need ice and rock salt. The rock salt makes the ice colder. You put the ice and salt in a bag and put the smaller bag inside. Next, you shake and pretty soon it turns into ice cream. This is a physical change because you could turn the ice cream back into a liquid by leaving it out. Last step, enjoy!
