Canyon Recognizes Classified Employee

   Andrea Pond was recognized as Outstanding Classified Employee from Canyon Elementary February 16, 2011.  Andrea was born and spent her early childhood in Wisconsin.  She moved to Logan, Utah when she was 14 and spent her Junior High and High School years there.  Andrea met her husband Scott, while attending High School.  They have three children, Regan, Peyton and Mason.  She loves her children and is a very dedicated mother.  Andrea is also a hard worker.  She likes organization, yard work, making crafts and traveling.  Andrea has done a wide variety of things.  She has worked as a travel agent and is a licensed manicurist.  Andrea is a great person to be around and a very good friend.  She has worked at Canyon for the past 5 years and currently is over the Take Home Library.  She is very helpful and patient as she works with the students and teachers at Canyon Elementary.  Mr. Craig Harvey came to the school and presented the award to Andrea along with some small gifts that represented the work she does for Canyon.
