Nebo is Partnering with Tabitha’s Way

Nebo is partnering with Tabitha’s Way for a new event called Read & Feed.

The purpose of this event is to encourage children to continue to read during the summer and to educate families facing food insecurity regarding food resources available to them and their children while they are not attending school. Our goal is to gather 10,000 gently used books that children can take home with them and keep to read during the summer.

Fiesta Days Reading Challenge Winners

Canyon Elementary students read a combined total of 389,103 minutes during the month of March. Each year the Fiesta Days Rodeo sponsors a reading challenge for our students. This year's winners were drawn from all those who participated. Each winner received two rodeo tickets to the Fiesta Days Rodeo in July. In addition, our two grand prize winners, Daniel Paredes and Paizley Boman, will receive some rodeo attire! Way to go Canyon readers!!
