When we all do a little, a lot can get accomplished.

Canyon Elementary is proud of our PTA.

Are you a book lover? If so, 3rd Grade has you covered. We have been working hard on our Halloween Character Book Reports. We were asked to read a chapter book and turn a pumpkin into our main character. We found 28 books that we either LOVED or liked and shared them with our classmates. So, if you are looking for a book suggestion just ask the 3rd graders at Canyon Elementary.  

Sixth-grade students have been studying the galaxy. One goal in this unit is to help students analyze and understand how far our planets really are from the earth and from the sun. They do this through detail research, rocket sketches, rocket building and launching of the rockets.

Mrs. Nilson's class learned about voting and they want to remind YOU to get out and vote!
