Parents, here is the playlist for the safety videos your child can watch next week to earn a Bingo for their class. Everything is in order according to the day, though Thursday requires two videos: bike and pedestrian safety. Notes will be coming home today or tomorrow with details.

Miss Utah, Dexonna Talbot, came to Canyon Elementary this week. She is a former Canyon student and came to present at an assembly for our students. She shared a message about "Servesteem" which is the self-esteem we gain by serving. She encouraged students and faculty to perform an act of service each day for the next week. She emphasized that all acts of service, large or small, make a difference. We loved her message and wish her much success as she competes for Miss America this December.  

Monday, October 14, 2019: 5-10pm @ Chick-Fil-A 

Sixth-grade students in Mr. Sargeant's class gave him a big surprise. Students decorated his room to celebrate his birthday. Balloons, streamers, posters, and notes made for a festive day. We hope you had a wonderful day!
